Send-Ins Instructions

We participate in many local and out of state public and private signings. We also understand that making these signings can be impossible. So, we are proud to do the legwork for you. If you would like to get the autograph of an athlete we have advertised, we will be more than happy to take your item, and have it signed by that player for you. We know how valuable and sentimental your item is to you. You can rest assured that our professional GDA staff will handle your item with the upmost professionalism and as if it were our very own.

We will always have blank officially licensed items for you to purchase if you do not have an item to be signed.

If you have a special pen that you want your item signed with, you must include the pen/s with your item. We try very hard to accommodate any special requests. But with these signings, we cannot guarantee it.

Third party authentication is also available at a cost. Third party authenticators include (PSA/DNA, JSA, Beckett Witnessed)

Please keep in mind that we try our very best to accommodate your all your requests. However, all players reserve the right to not sign or limit / change inscriptions on an item for any reason. Furthermore, we will not ask the signee to add inscriptions to previously signed items.

SEND-IN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Size and weight limits do apply to what can be sent in for signings.
  • Non standard/oversized items will require additional shipping
  • Flats larger than 16×20 will be rolled for shipping or customer is responsible for shipping cost
  • All items must be received by the DUE DATE listed. No Exception.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping and insurance charges for your item as GDA will not be held responsible for uninsured packages.
  • Please include a prepaid return shipping label.
    • NOTE: If return shipping label is not included, your item will not be shipped until shipping payment is received.

  • Game Day Authenticated reserves the right to use our discretion for any details not provided by the customer.
  • Game Day Authenticated does not guaranteed the quality, size or grade of the signature and/or inscription from the athlete.
  • We try very hard and make every effort to comply with your specific request as to pen color, pen type, signature location, etc. However, we DO NOT guarantee it.
