- Our shipping method is UPS.
- All of our orders ship from our warehouse in Pinole, California.
- We only offer shipping for delivery within the U.S. at this time.
- All orders (regardless of chosen method of shipment) may take up to 1-3 business days before shipment as we adhere to a "build to order" process with all of our products to reduce the risk of damage.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by the carriers.
- If selecting an expedited shipping method, it will only expedite your product's transit time once your order ships from our location, not the time it takes to build the order.
- Orders shipping with these methods are delivered via FedEx or UPS.
- Please contact customer service at info@gdauthenticated.com for guidance in terms of delivery options, cutoff times and product availability.
- We regret we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
- Each item that is purchased requires a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship from our location.
- Transit time begins once the order has completed this processing time and has shipped from our location
- Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
- Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the address these items are being shipped to, different shipping methods will be available at the final step of checkout.
- Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.
- All shipping methods for the United States are trackable to the destination address.
Shipping cost on all signed and unsigned collectibles and memorabilia will be calculated based on the buyer’s location.
