Free Returns Program

This is a free service to customers located within the 48 Continental United States who are shipping a return via our shipping method within 14 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return:

  1. Please contact us via Live Chat or info@gdauthenticated.com within 48hrs of receipt of your purchase to expedite your return.
  2.  A QR code with instructions for the return will be emailed. The return can be dropped off at a The UPS Store®.
  3. Present the email (on phone or print out).

The email will include a Print-A-Home option

Be sure to include your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

All Returns Are Subject to the Following Terms:

  • Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Unless the box was damaged, please use the original shipping box to securely re-seal your shipment for return.
  • Returns must be shipped within five [5] days of receipt return label
  • Returns must also include original proof of purchase (copy of the internet order and credit card receipt).
  • Customers are responsible for lost or stolen return shipments; accordingly, it is the customer's responsibility to insure and/or obtain tracking information from the carrier when returning an item.

Returning Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of your shipment. Our Customer Service Team will assist you with the return process and requirements.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
  • If its determined, in our sole discretion, that your purchase was damaged during shipment or is defective, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price and shipping charges.
  • All refunds for returns will be credited to the original credit card used to make the purchase.
  • It is the customers responsibility to see that the package is dropped off at the specified carrier within 5 business days of receipt of the Return Authorization Number to be eligible for refund.
  • Returns that do not comply with the terms above will not be processed and credit will not be given.
